How to clean your vessel:
- Place your vessel in a heat-resistant bowl.
- Gently pour recently boiled water around the outside of the vessel until the waterline sits just above the wax level.
- Leave for 30–60 seconds to soften the remaining wax.
- Using appropriate protective equipment, lift the vessel out and remove the softened wax in one piece.
- Wipe the inside clean, ready for your next refill.
